Amazingly fresh and delicioussmoked salmon, often still hot from the smoker. I visit every week!
This was quite truly the best smoked salmon we have had. Just by chance we stopped in on the way past and bought 2 portions. We warmed them the next day and flaked onto fresh pasta. Incredible flavor and so soft. Will definitely be back!
