Bought shutters and curtains for whole house from Kresta. Stunning results, couldn’t be happier. Always get compliments from my friends when they visit. The sales rep Lynn was super helpful with selecting products and design and very professional. I was truely impressed by her knowledge. Good communication and respond quickly, also provided solutions. Highly recommended

Blinds and home decors are generally not my thing. So I was hoping these guys would help me out not only get them installed, but also tell which one would look the best in my home. Lynn was great helping me picking the one from many options. It took some time to arrive but understandable during a global pandemic I guess. Overall super happy about the final results!

I've ordered curtains and roller blinds from Kresta end of last year. There're experienced some delays due to new year period, but the sales rep and operation team kept me informed all the way. I am very happy with the product. Got a lot of complainments on them from friends. Would use Kresta again in the future.

We had a few quotes, but went ahead with kresta because the rep super very helpful with colors and textures. Unlike reps from some other companies only takes the measurements and leave me to select the fabric.

Had a whole house of Venetian blinds made and installed by kresta 6 years ago. There were lots of hassles with installation. We got over that. But now the tilting mechanisms are failing. Kresta Albany says they don't have parts to repair my blind so my only option is to buy new blinds! Kresta are useless.

Poor reviews for reason. I have been significantly mislead with the price in showroom. Wasted my time getting measurements at my place to get quote doubled. Phones rarely being answered, ridiculous service.

Worst Customer Service, The Sales Person gave an appointment for measurement quote and I asked person to help me with access of property. The agent said just half an hour before they can't make on that day. Not even an excuse or Sorry. I don't suggest anyone to go a head with them who cannot honour things and doesn't value others time.
