Kumon is the best place to send your child to learn Maths or English programme. My daughters have been doing kumon for some time now. While my elder daughter stood 9th my younger daughter stood 5th in 'World Super T Mathematics' competition. My younger daughter was also selected from her school year to compete in major New Zealand mathematics competitions. I highly recommend this programme for students who want to do advance level high school maths while still studying in primary and intermediate school.

Horrible place to learn. They give you a test to see where you are at (VERY easy subtraction/addition/division/multiplication) afterwards next time you go there they will give you addition and subtraction only which is 9-3/124. If you have an absolute retarded kid then this is the place for you. Would never recommend this place to you if you have a standard-above standard kid. In conclusion DO NOT go there to waste your time and money. Have a good day!

Kumon does not help kids learn. The teachers are bit unprofessional. The mangaer is controlling. Please do not send your kids to kummon try other tutoring place. Binny is a lier she can turn people's mind.

Kumon Papatoetoe

Students begin at a comfortable "starting point"—determined by our Diagnostic Test—with work that can be easily completed. This way your child will master the basics and gain complete proficiency. The students advance in the programme step by step building mastery of their concepts and gain confidence and motivation to study. Students study worksheets on a daily basis. The centre opens for two days in a week but the students need to complete their homework for the rest of the days in order to progress in the programme. Most importantly, the programme is based on advancing a child acoording to his/ger pace of learning. In this way, student's individual programme is never compromised by the needs of group or prescribed teaching agenda.
