A beautiful location for a wedding. The gardens were lush and made you feel like you were on an island, not just out West Auckland. It is relaxed and seems to be a good choice for a small to medium sized wedding party. I would guess that it was about 80 to 90 guests and we filled the marquee mostly. Not sure if the food was a catering package with the venue. It was tasty but nothing that interesting or special. The salads and sides were more delicious than the mains. It was quite typical wedding fare and I'm sure pleased most guests. The location has eco bathrooms so the hot day did produce a bit of odour. The venue had scented candles to help deal with this inside.

I attended a wedding here and it was an absolutely stunning venue. I felt like I was in a tropcial paradise. The staff and food were amazing and they had fabulous attention to detail with their wedding decorations. I would highly recommend this place for anyone getting married or even a special occasion.

We just got married at The Landsendt and we were very disappointed because of the way that Carolyn (the owner) treated us. She was very hard to deal with and sometimes very rude. She got agitated and rude as soon as she realised that we are not giving our floral arrangement to her and we have outsourced it to someone else. I do not recommend this place if you want your special day went smooth. Carolyn ruined our good mood just days prior to our wedding day. Taryn, the wedding coordinator, was very very kind and lovely lady, she was so helpful and so friendly. Hence 2 stars not one.

Went to a Wedding here yesterday, this place is amazing, Really good staff, super friendly, really well set up , with stunning gardens. Really well done .

Very beautiful location, nice set up of bars and tables / marquees / buffet and nice staff. Has portaloo or long drop toilets which lets the venue down on poshness - but is ecological! There are lots of mosquitoes!

We got married at Landsendt in December 2012 and everything was perfect. We couldn't of hoped for a better day. Thanks to all those at Landsendt.
