Started my journey with Laser Clinic in Melbourne a couple of years ago... Now, I’ve been going to Laser Clinic in Ponsonby and I’ve had the best treatments and customer service I’ve ever had. Thank you to Josephine who takes real great care of my skin. Recommends the right products without over-selling and explains every treatments thoroughly- trust me you’d want to book with her! My skin has never looked this healthy and the amount of compliments I get for my skin has been great! I only get my treatments with her and I would never have it any other way. Can’t wait for my next treatment, Josephine!

Avoid this place at all costs! I’ve been a customer with Laser Clinics for years and recently transferred to this Ponsonby branch, signed up for a 6-treatment package and prepaid over 2000. The service here was so poor compared to other branches. They tried to charge me extra fees without notice, they change my consultant each visit with no handover who then need to conduct their own assessment and provide different information each time. The treatments are different each time because each consultant has different opinions. It’s been so unpleasant dealing with them that the third time I found out I was getting yet a new consultant, I voiced my concerns but the response was so appalling I didn’t feel I could return and deal with it again. The owner, Gordon, was awful to deal with. When I complained to him, he put me down, would not listen to my concerns and tried to body shame me which was out of context of our conversation. He is a bully and lacks respect. I’ve had 2 of my 6 sessions and I’m not comfortable in returning to his clinic but he won’t give me a pro-rata refund or even have me finish my treatments in a different branch. If you are unhappy with a service, there is frankly nothing you can do to get your money back so NEVER pre-pay for any package and avoid this bully of a place altogether. I hope you can do the right thing Gordon and just try to be a good human being.

As a dude, my experience was sub par. I felt the session was rushed and haphazard. I will try again only to see if there is improvement as I have seen the benefits of hair removal which I have always wanted to be rid of.
