Have paid 4 for a small dryer #33. It only gave 20 mins for drying. When called customer service they put us on hold as the person wasn't sure about rates and he had to consult his manager. Called again to reset the time as per rates but he insisted that rates have changed and only gave 12 mins additional. Very upset about this. There were other customers in the laundry who said had similar experience. Please put someone behind the phone who knows his job.

Please don't put on 46 drier, it's taking more than usual minutes. Also be mindful while you're parking at the front, the liquor shop nearby park their vehicles for unloading their stuff and I was waiting for them to remove their vehicles to reverse my car. It was raining today and they were also not very friendly when I asked them to move their Ute.
