Great and fast delivery! After years of purchasing from Specsavers and other contact lens websites, I’m happy I’ve found this site where I can order lenses and get it all shipped quick for a very low price :) I would definitely order my lenses here from now onwards!!
After consulting with the team via the sidebar chat regarding my prescription I was led to what I believed to be my correct prescription, this prescription arrived quickly (hence the 1star) Unfortunately it was incorrect and caused considerable irritation to my eyes, this had been raised with the complaints team, of which “we can’t find any records of any prior conversation” seemed to be the default answer. Poor assessment, good delivery time, shocking aftercare. A couple of hundred dollars down the drain, buy at your own risk.
By far the best and fast express service. I am a customer of other providers where I buy my lenses but have to order at least a week or 2 in advance. LensesOnline delivered the very next business day! So I am absolutely stoked to have found a provider that delivers promptly. Thank you.
I paid for delivery to be for 'signature required'. However the order was left without any request for a signature. Disappointing.
