I really like the type of ground this club has, but with extremely poor customer service, with most complicated check-in system which I have no idea how it still exists. Every-time it took over 3 minutes for most of our members to check-in before we are able to play. Once our leader was late for few minutes but rest of our members are present, we are told to wait by the proshop only because the leader must be here to check-in so the rest of us can. However, we have booked the court online few hours ago. What is the point of this system, wasted our time waiting while most of us are present. The service we receive was extremely bad. The lady at the proshop has one of the worst attitude towards the customers. I can't believe how many people has rated 5 star for this club, I suspect that few of those 5 star comments are written by the staff themselves. Sadly the lowest rating was 1star, I would definitely give a -5 star if there is such option. Never renew my membership ever again in my life unless this club runs under a new management. Overall the worst experience I ever had as a customer.

very poor customer service. If you have NZ COVID TRACER. Why use the court's own system. Very complex to use. If you come with a friend, do not apply in advance QRCODE, you must pay 5 dollors per each player. For example, I book venue 9 and often transfer other venues to me.

A good venue for some quality badminton games. During club days players levels are evaluated for skills and good competetive games drawn based on the grading. Showers out of servive hence 4.

Always enjoy going to the Li-Ning Badminton Center to play. Not exactly a modern facility, but very tidy. Around 12-14 courts, so plenty of room to accommodate many people. As you enter you walk through a small store with essential goods, which has come in handy more than once. Would recommend to other players.

Played here month back: 0 star for the administration. (Not even 5 seconds to get pass on the gate) 5 stars badminton. *like hello there’s an official covid19 Tracer?* Process for hiring a court is appalling if you have a court card! Senior club games is good but if you book a courts with multiple a bunch friends to play, would prefer Lloyd Elsmore Park BC or Otahuhu same as quite. *special mention below* 5 stars for Immi for its exceptional customer service(only her)
