Enjoy some "vip" moment here It was not me buying luxurious products here, but just felt lucky enough to have a wealthy friend. I have to say even it's really busy at the site, service didn't make any discount, as good as it used to be. Good job!

The store itself has limited stock (because it sells so fast) however they will happily source whatever you are looking for , but Moana is the most efficient, lovely and friendly person you will meet she really makes the experience fantastic.

Amazing experience shopping here! I made an appointment online and reserved a time for my husband and I to buy my daughter a gift for her 21 birthday and the entire experience was great. Sheila Liu was our client advisor and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us pick a lovely handbag for our daughter. This is one of the high-end fashion retailer catering for your luxury lifestyle in the heart of Queen Street, it is near Dr Phone Repair Limited on Queen Street. Do not be surprised to see Young international student lining up during “vertical integration” but never call it a “sales” on the luxury items — in another word burn your money fast. They rich kids usually park the expensive Lamborghini on High Street, Auckland.

Chiemi is the best sale lady I ever met in all LV stores , she is so helpful & care for customer needs , and follow up customer cases , so responsible!! Very appropriate her great customer service. Some other staff still need to improve.

Honestly the staff was exceptional. Moana (i hope i spelled that right) showed me so many styles and even though i told her some things were out of my range she made me feel welcomed and let me try on some things just to have a look. Really impressed with their service.
