I cannot speak highly enough of the service Shane provided. As an elderly widow, I needed to feel reassured that I would be satisfied with the end product and Shane took his time and never rushed me into a decision. Shane provided the best customer service I have experienced to date with the installation of my Louvre Roof. From conceptual stages through to installation of my Louvre roof Shane provided outstanding customer interaction, advice and workmanship. He was always on time and provided me with a number of ideas to my initial requirements. He provided great advice that then helped me determine the final deign for my Louvre Roof. The final design we came up with was a 20m2 Louvre Roof, with 3 dropdown blinds and LED lighting built in. The workmanship of the product and installation is of very high quality. I couldn't be more happier with the Louvre Roof that Shane has installed. We have made so much more use of our backyard since it was installed in October 2018. There have been no issues with the product and we are loving the new addition. You are in very safe hands with Shane from Louvre Roof Concepts and I would highly recommend you get in touch with him if you are looking at getting a Louvre Roof installed at your house.
Shane was really well organized from the first visit through to the delivery of our stunning roof, he ran through all our options and what he though would work best and fit our budget. Shane also arrived on site the days he said he would be there. We couldn't be any happier with the finished product!
Shane was fantastic through the process of initial discussions, design and quote, to installation of our louvre roof system. The quality of the Bask product is great and Shane did a sensational job of installation. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to expand the usable living space in their home and add value at the same time.
