Had the samba prawn salad. Noodles were hard and had the texture of being stored over night. Salad itself was bland. 'Sambal' was pretty much sweet chilli sauce. All for 24. Guess it's authentic if the only Asian food you've had was Maggi 'Oriental' flavoured noodles.

One of the best restaurant experiences I have had in Auckland. From entrée to dessert , the quality, taste and technique of the dishes were mind blowing. Amber, our waitress was fabulous and gave great recommendation. If you are into big flavors and great atmosphere, make Madam Woo your next restaurant visit.
Great service great food. I ordered the pork belly which is a simple, delicious meal. Best to book ahead.
Highly recommended. Best of Thai and Malaysian infusion on the Shore. Excellent dining menu and well prepared dishes. The restaurant has a very tranquil setting which compliments the tasty dishes. So if you looking for a great eating experience Madam Woo will not disappoint. Great service and hospitality.My first visit there and will definitely be back for more of the delicious food and flavors.
Have not been to this restaurant since 2019 and it was great. We went for a quick dinner last night service was great, but the food was terrible! The five spice chicken was ok but the rest was tasteless - dry pork belly, over cooked fried spicy cauliflower that lacked any spice. All very bland and seemed to lack any care for quality.
The service was amazing. Two of our group wanted the marsala hawker roll, but were concerned it might be too spicy. Our waitress quickly brought two small portions to try. Amazing relaxed service all evening, and the food was very good as well.
Went there for lunch today. The place has a beautiful vibe. The food was amazing and the cocktails were on point. They make their own Sirarcha which is bomb and a must try. A must go if you haven’t already. Definitely coming back. Thank you for a great lunch Madam Woo Takapuna.
Very nice Beef Rendang and Chicken Curry. Good portion size and easy to eat as sharing plates. Friendly service and great music. Thanks
