The worst, most disorganised company I have ever dealt with in my life. Each department blamed the other for their disorganised and misinformed lack of progress. Many months after accepting the quote the correct tean turned up and did a good job, 4 stars for that, but it was their third attempt with 2 previous attempts cancelled due to their mismanagement. Barry made things worse by no follow up at promised times, poor communication generally. GM Theo was disinterested and not proactive and ultimately responsible for this shambles.

Disappointing... 6 months ago we contacted Barry and he visited our site in Hamilton and said he would provide a quote , we have contacted Barry 7 times since and every time he says "i will get it to you Monday" we are still waiting... disappointing as all he would have to say is , i cant do it, or i don't have time or what ever his excuse is , just don't give us the run around.

I absolutely recommend Mainmark Engineering, we had an issue with a sunken stone wall and corresponding drive way pad. The options were either cut up the driveway and pull down the expensive Schist wall …. or call Mainmark for a solution. The area manager Dave Dixon visited the site and gave me his recommendation and the likelihood of a very positive outcome. It was all easy to understand and all written in layman's terms along with total finished cost. The team arrived on the booked day and proceeded with the job. Long story short, the driveway and Schist wall are now both perfectly level and aligned. No mess, no fuss an no sign of any remedial work . Cheers Dave and team, a great job done !

What a pleasure dealing with David Dixon and his team. The response to meeting onsite, quoting and completing the job exceeded all expectation. I found them to be highly professional and accommodating. I raised a minor concern and David was onsite within an hour and took it on board to resolve the matter. Highly recommended and a great product/team.
