Malaysian airlines after multiple changes has finally cancelled the flights & I am refused a cash refund. All that is being offered is a evoucher which is not good enough. No one know when the travel restrictions are going to be lifted. Clearly when there is no service provided, the money should be refunded. Specially here where the airline has cancelled the flights, I am demanding my money be refunded. Their planes go missing and get shot down...... Disgraceful!!!

MAS changes flight dates but never offer any refund. No followup whatsoever. No accountability. Worst than flying budget.
Useless administration, customer service, cabin crew, and worse aircraft I have ever fly with. Don't know how to talk with customer. Very F..... R... .Never reply email, Never keep promise, Please Don't believe in them. Auckland to Malaysia was kinda ok, But Malaysia to Dhaka was Fu... bad experience. Security guy asked me to bribe him due to my laptop bag is 500g overweight. While I was flying, AC was liking and water dropping on me, I called them they don't care. I knew Malaysian are good people, sorry to say I had very bad experience. Malaysian airlines changed my flight many times for their own benefit, As a customer they will not give you a F.... . Cheers
