After contacting him for the translation of a police certificate for immigration purposes and getting a sloppy interpreted document instead of a proper translated one. When I saw this I translated it myself and sent it to him to show him how it should be done and even offered he can use my translation and print it on his letter head and stamp it. I asked for a refund, which he did not accept. He assured me that his interpretation is appropriate for my purpose and he always did it like that. A flat out lie! At that point I trusted him but insisted he corrects the spelling and other mistakes, which he did. I told him as well, that if this translation will be rejected, I’ll come back and get refunded, which he agreed to because he was 110% sure everything is as it should. Of course, it wasn’t. Immigration rejected it and I had to get it done somewhere else properly. Waste of time, no refund, delays in processing with immigration. BTW: I don’t think it’s a Good idea to rate your own business 5 stars and point out how professional and fast you are David! Especially when that’s the problem. That’s just overcompensating. Maybe it would’ve been a good idea to accept my proposal and use my translation?

非常不专业的翻译，第一，没有完全翻译全文。第二，用词错误。第三，连单词都拼错。根本没有校对翻译稿就发给客户，极度没有职业道德，不负责任。我要求退回费用，他们坚持不退。收了费是无论服务有多差，也不会退费的。不要在这家做翻译，翻译还是去找专业的翻译公司吧。(他们说跟你说他们是政府批准的翻译公司，但水平如何不是一张证书能看得出来的。凡是英文好一点的人，都不会这么容易被骗) 另外，上面给5星评论的David Soh正是该公司的负责人。他是不能给自己的公司评价的，that’s misleading 有失公允的。
