Well our story starts with our beautiful lab Ritchie, he was a frequent visitor to the clinic. Ritchie would find a way to get out of our yard and he would go visit the kids at the primary school and also go visit Rachel and the team at the clinic. Unfortunately we had to put our precious Ritchie to sleep as he had a tumor that just wouldn't stay away, in the end because he was such an old boy he was finding it hard to get around. So it's been almost 2 years now since we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put him to sleep, it was hard for us and the children as Ritchie was the heart of our family, but we had to do it for him, the staff were great and very sympathetic, one of the children were running late but the vet was happy to wait as we didn't want to go ahead until we were all there and once Ritchie had gone to sleep they left us in the room for as long as we wanted. So long story short, Rachel and her staff are very professional, sympathetic and compassionate. We are still very much loyal customers, with all our cats and our new member of the family Rusty our little pooch.

Haven't had any problems, even tho they are always very busy, when our Snoepje is unwell, doesn't happen very often, they will always attend to her. (I'm not sure our pet is too happy to see them)
I took my puppy here to get his leg amputated on Sunday 23 Feb and I am speechless! - A huge THANK YOU to Rachel and the team who took care of him during this time! The staff involved were friendly, the communication was consistent and my puppy was treated as if he belonged to them. They were so helpful and gave me the best advise upon discharge. Before I took him here I had taken him to another vet (whom shall not be named) and 90% of the conversation was about payment - I took him to Mangere Vet and it was the total opposite and the pricing is definitely a lot less than what I was quoted at the other vet. I felt very confident and comfortable leaving my puppy in the hands of Mangere Vet! You guys really do go that extra mile for our fur babies. I will definitely be back again, Mangere vet is now our permanent vet and my partner and I can not thank Rachel and her team enough! If I could rate more stars, I would. I HIGHLY recommend this vet to anybody who isn't sure on which to choose! Thanks team!

My new vet centre! Very well priced and you can book appointments unlike some other centres. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I appreciate your work all the time. However I hope theres someone who can explain why every single cost is expensive? I think they charge way too much...

My fur babies have all used this vet. Rachel and her team have to be the best there is. The services, the care, the knowledge above and beyond. Have been a client here for the past 15 years. Don't matter where we live. This is the only place I take my babies too
