I have a monthly bin collection and have found the service useful. Today they left an unsolicited extra garden waste bag with a letter that makes out like I'm benefiting from a special promotion. Devious marketing - I have to log into my account to get the extra bag that I didn't order taken away or they will start charging me for it. Appalling way of doing business. Beware of a company that conducts its business this way. I'll look for an alternative for my monthly collections now...

This business is constantly trying shady stuff to churn more cash. Worst if all is the price hikes without notice. Everything has to be done through their website. My advice, find another company that understands what service is.
Yea, na. Avoid this awful business. Truly underhanded and disgusting business practices. Do yourself a favour and just don't even go there - I really wish I hadn't. Unfortunately as they already have my name and address I too have now been delivered a product that I neither requested nor want, which they have decided they will charge me for every year from now until death - or probably even after my death the way they operate.
They change dates frequently; this is ok. They sometimes email a delivery reminder late the day before pickup; a bit inconvenient. They just left a bag and a letter 'an extra bag on us' which has an annual rental fee additional to the bin fee I currently pay, without me asking for it; totally unacceptable. I now will spend 10min opting out of this otherwise unsolicited service to avoid the annual rental fee.
I do not like this company. It is impossible to contact them, you can't call them, you have to log in to your account for any form of communication with them, and they seem to put up their fees every 6 months with ZERO communication with their customers that they are going to do this. My bin was 9 per collection. Then they started charging an additional 2 for them to put it out at kerbside. I was ok with this. Then they put the fees up to 11 per collection and didn't tell me. Now the latest bill I have got, they have put it up AGAIN to 14 per collection. And again, didn't tell me their fees were going up. I am going to cancel my bin and go elsewhere. I'm done. So over their lack of customer service.
I don’t think this company even knows what customer service is. Pickup dates routinely vary from the specified date by over 5 days. Then they regularly miss collections. They’re impossible to actually talk to, all you get is a form on the website and a no reply email response in a couple of days. Excuse the pun, but they’re complete rubbish.
These guys should not be in business .
