After a poor experience from another Hyundai branch my Fiancé and i decided to give another branch a go. We walked into the Manukau dealership and saw a nice variety of new cars on display, while we looked at the cars Arno was busy on the phone, he instantly acknowledged us by walking close by and smiled. As soon as he was done he greeted us with a professional and friendly manner. Arno sat us down and discussed all our needs/wants, he listened and was straight down the line with what he could offer us. The service from Arno was beyond exceptional and its safe to say we walked out with the exact car we wanted and more. We also received fantastic service from the Financial adviser Justin, friendly and willing to help. My partner and I walked in a couple of weeks ago to look at cars here we met Dave. We talked through the options and started to think about one of the recommendations. Fast forward a week after looking at several other options and yards it was back to see Dave, who arrange us to test drive the two potentials, still unsure and needing to think we left for a bit before. Later that day decision made we contacted Dave who helped us get an amazing deal on a new Venue.
