Very little support given to some students especially during Covid lockdown when students were reliant on support from their tutors. I understand It was a stressful time but more effort should have been made to support the students as lack of communication was not at all helpful. I would have expected higher standard in a facility of this reputation

Unprofessional lecturers in level 4 health studies. Racist and sexist and homophobic Students were called something that clearly was not. Defamatory comments spread around about students. Clearly does not know their boundaries. Awesome level 3 health studies lecturers. Thats all about. Just big and flashy for nothing.

I enrolled and then was asked to provide more supporting documents, received no more update since after then, kept calling them but hard to get hold of any of them, made last call one day before the course started, and was advised I was not eligible for it ! Waste of my time !

Did a Diploma and Degree in Nursing at MIT......I would recommend anyone to study here if you can. The staff are amazing, so supportive and accomodating to your needs. As a maori mother trying to study I found so much support not just from the staff but my fellow classmates. DOWNSIDE is everything is very messy, lack of structure, unorganised. Poor/late communication in all aspects!!In that sense its terrible. Even as I had gone on to work, there was terrible communication and arrangements to get my academic trascript. It took so long and the process was so complicated!The process of registering for graduation was even worse!!!!!!!

I finished my degree in 2019. Still have had the graduation due to covid however we are not in levels anymore and auckland uni and aut are graduating but MIT can't fund graduation for until 2021.
