We brought a Nissan x-trail few week ago from Manukau Nissan. What a great customer service from the Dominique and the team. I was surfing thought the internet and found Manukau Nissan page, then I send a FB message and within seconds some one responded to my inquiry. Next day morning Dominique send me a detail email and invite me to visit to the showroom. He waited for me even after office hours and explained me all the options. Next day I took my wife to show available options and we picked a one vehicle, unfortunately it was not available at the Manukau Branch, but Dominique promised us to find another vehicle with same color, however we were not happy with the vehicle they found, even though Dominique and the team worked hard on that vehicle, they didn't hesitate to offer us another vehicle. once we satisfied with the vehicle, it went through all the checks and next day they offered me a fully groomed almost new x-trail. We are glad that we met Dominique... Thanks again for your support. if you want a hassle free buying experience... then go to Manukau Nissan... :)

I got a call form them 3 weeks ago to take my car in for a service i asked how much they said around 240 for the basic i said thats fine thats all i want. When my wife drops the car off they had added the WOF to the service not knowing that i already had said no she signed off. They called me to tell me that WOF has filed due to wipers that they are willing to change for 113 and that only the rubber btw the WOF cost 60 where even if you take to AA they would not charge that much i asked to speak to the manger Craig Whitman he did not have the courage to speak to me and hid in a meeting . All i suggest shop around and be careful they will over charge you
