What a beautiful experience it was to deal with Ken. His service was so good that we bought a Rav4 even though we were not sure if we really wanted to buy. Ken explained everything so well that it made things so easy to understand. We had to wait for the vehicle for few months but it was worth it. Ken kept us informed at all times. I would recommend him to anyone at any time if you want to buy a new Toyota vehicle.

Awful experience. Bought the car from Manukau Toyota in 2019. Both 2019 and 2020 came with a checklist telling me the condition of all the parts when the service was done. (picture attached) But recently (2021), after doing a 200 service, I checked the filter was dirty, BUT no one told me I needed to replace the filter (picture attached). And I asked for a quote to replace the spark plugs twice with absolutely no response. (When I called AA, they gave me a quote right away) Being busy is not the reason for poor service. The service at TOYOTA NZ is worse than any other country I have experienced. There is not much commercial competition in NZ but please respect your customers.
