Should have read the review before engaging. Customer service is a major let down, I've never been able to get through via the 0800 after 30 mins gave up, never get the ball backs offered Make it hard to check your balance or pay additional balance. Good luck if you want to settler early

Let down and bad customer service during a year of uncertainty. I will fight for my money as I deserve it back!!! No praise from me and I never get insurance from u again because of this!!!
TERRIBLE company to deal with!!! They never answer their phones...you're asked to leave a massage...nobody gets back to you...you leave details for their SO CALLED CALL BACK service....nobody bothers to call you back! I regret the day I agreed to use this finance company!!!!
You guys need to up your game on customer service , just waited 16min for Rep to answer. Plus all your other negative reviews. Doesn’t make me feel so good when I’m a seller of your product.
Financed boat. Engine wasn't great so I traded it and paid the difference. Higher value engine brand new out box. Tried letting them know but it's turned into one major issue just to get them to change details of the engine. Want to charge me 80 bucks to change details. At the end of the day, if they reposses the boat, they score as the engine is a 2020 model and higher valued than the one they financed with. I made sure insurance details was up to date for new engine but this has just become such a mission. Plus by the amount of time you wait on a the line for an answer, you swear they only have one person in call centre
Have tried ringing and leaving messages multiple times, even asking for callbacks and yet no one has tried to contact me. I emailed them a week ago and still no response - all I'm wanting is a quote to settle my repayments early. How difficult is that to respond to??
