Sue and Craig are great! Luxury and Unique are their specialty but can do anything you want. Very experienced and knowledgeable as both have been in the industry for decades and they have travelled a lot, so know it first hand. Already referred a few people to them. Just go in or call them and see what I mean.

Dealt with Craig and he was amazing from start to finish. Gave great ideas and options, put it together in a seamless itinerary and even assisted with an airline delay while travelling. Definitely worth having an agent when these situations happen. Great travel agent and will be back for the next trip.

We visited the Martin & Grigg Travel Associates branch in Ponsonby dealing with Craig Martin to help us with our Honeymoon. The Initial Meeting with him went well he gave us some great options to choose from. We went away to look at all the options and went back to him via email regarding two options. He did inform us he will be away over the next two weeks when we had the initial meeting but once he is back he will get onto it and get back to us ASAP regarding our choices so that we can discuss it further and make the booking not leaving it to late. That was in end of June 3 months later and we have not even received an email back from him, we will definitely not deal with them ever again. And I will surely not recommend them to anybody I know since they can’t be bothered to follow thru with their promises or have the decency to get back to a person.
