Have attempted Barre Pilates at Bodywise- easy I thought- I’m fit I thought. After one session my body told me differently. The session was so much fun and am keen for the next one. Instructor consistently correcting posture to ensure maximum benefits and no injury. Highly recommend It

Bodywise is a kind of boutique studio with lesser number of people which gives more personalized approach from instructors. I have been a member now for 5 weeks and are feeling great. The classes are the perfect size allowing the trainer to be able to actually spend time with you. Fantastic range of classes and times to suit everyone.
Phoebe is one of the best pilates instructors I’ve ever had, she customized the session for my body and was so constructive with corrections!
