Sadly the first meeting was aggressive, intimidating and overall not great. Have never experienced treatment like that from a lawyer in my life. Made fun of me, belittled me and left me feeling anxious and upset. will be going elsewhere.

Compassion and care was shown right from the get go.. after calling a few different family Lawyers Elice contacted me promptly with no hesitation or judgmental thoughts. Or pricing quotes either! (Most other firms would not even talk to me without booking a appointment that would cost a lot of money just to hear my situation) My matters were solved without the need of court process or mediation so was not given any fee. But to be cared for by Elice was absolutely warming. She made me feel better. She would be a asset to anyone having go through the family courts i assure you that. Thank you so much Elice for your help. Not that we had to go that route in the end but I am truly confident that she would be able to assist me in every way if needed in the future. I received the invoice after the phone call. I have not signed for an engagement letter or anything like this. I am shattered due to my personal circumstances and they are using this to make money. Please do not trust this firm when you are especially desperate. Find someone that you can trust and they listen to your needs/wants.
