Great Company. A really amazing treatment. Hair loss is not an easy issue to deal with for me as a women. I’m relieved to have finally sorted it with SMP. John is great to deal with, he cares about what I wanted and he did a great job achieving it. The clinic is lovely, and the whole process was very easy. Thanks John I’m so glad I did it!

Decided to get SMP done was hesitant at first about how the results would look but John was very professional friendly and made me feel at ease so I put my trust in him. After 3 sessions I'm so happy with result . Very natural looking and has given me more confidence as I dont have to wear my hat all the time. I had my SMP done elsewhere initially, and I was not happy with the dot size. it really did not match my existing hair, and looked fake. Anyway I came to John for help. He was very thorough. He explained how he had to match the dot size to the size of my hair. I had to have 1 session with the laser removal, before we could start. and a 6 week wait after that What a expensive mistake! I should have gone to John Carr and Melissa Carr in the first place. After all that, I had my SMP done in March with John Carr, and after waiting around 6 weeks after the third session. the pigments settled fully. And it looks perfect. Blends in. Beautiful Job! If you need a SMP done. I would definitely recommend booking with John Carr. He is worth the wait. Professional, well equiped, and he knows what he is doing. Thank You John!

I highly recommend this place for smp procedures. I originally was going to get the the procedure done by the Shadow Clinic because i didnt know any other clinics. It was very hard to get a hold of them and their hours were not flexible for those that work during the week and when i contacted them it took three days for them to get back so i did my research and i stumble accross Melissa Carr website and i must say they were by far the most professional service you can get and they answered every question i had so promptly and i was booked with in two weeks. John was awesome through out the procedure really does know his stuff and takes his time to perfect everything and until i was satisfied and happy with my look. They also do weekends and thats a plus for those that cant take time off during the week. I really love the way my SMP turned out because i have a natural hairline that is undetectable 100% and i dont have to wear a hat all the time now. Thank you John for giving me my confidence back all the best for you and Melissa with your Clinic.
