The service team here are just amazing. I've dealt with several other european car service centres through owning my current Mercedes-Benz and a MINI in the past - but these guys are the best. Yes, they might be more expensive than Joe Bloggs down the road but you get phenomenal customer service and people who actually respect your business. They will go out of their way to make it easy for you. Thank you to MB Auckland and in particular their service manager Cassie Watson who I have always dealt with, and makes servicing and repairing my car a breeze.

I have visitied Mercedes Benz Auckland for the first time and I did not think I would buy a new car but the salesman, was very helpful t me. I wanted to see what offers Mercedes had, the staff at Mercedes Auckland are very happy to help. They traded my old vehicle for a very good price and the salesman and sales manager helped me buy a newer model vehicle. My Mercedes Benz new red CLA car will arrive in January I am happy. Third vehicle we have bought from MBA. This will be the last. Was shown sample vehicle. Preordered and Paid for higher spec vehicle. Specifically asked twice prior to purchase if any features of the vehicle we had been shown would be missing from the higher spec vehicle. Salesman confirmed 'only improvements, nothing missing'. I questioned lack of detail on sales agreement re specifications. They advised "dont worry, its all there and sorted". A few weeks after taking vehicle, went to use rear seat feature salesman had demonstrated to my wife and me and that we had expressly shown interest in. Not there. Went back and questioned MBA salesman and sales manager. They flatly denied that he ever showed us. Both my wife and I are 100% sure of what was demonstrated. No apology or remedy offered. Don't really care about the customer, and would rather fabricate events to get out of a error on their part.
