Purchased our vehicle from this dealership approximately two years ago. The sales and service teams back then were amazing. Nothing was a problem. We felt totally loyal and were keen to upgrade before the end of the warranty period. However we realised that the majority of the previous staff we have dealt with have left the dealership during our recent interactions with them to get our car serviced. After the service was completed, we had a couple of questions for the service team, have been calling and leaving massages on their voicemail as well as with Christine from reception for a call back with no luck. The reason we got for the lack of communications was the servicing team only had one staff on. Is that a good enough reason from a prestigious brand? Definitely won’t be purchasing any future vehicles from this branch. After sale service is a crucial part of the relationship.

Great service from this dealer, vehicle was done on time and was clean on pick up. The final price was a bit lower as initially quoted. Steve was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. Would recommend anybody to take their vehicles to Mercedes-Benz Botany.

Terrible After Sales Service. My initial contact regarding my purchase was quick and efficient and friendly then the Salesman lied to me about my vehicle being ready and touch ups completed. I contacted the Dealer Principle and Business Manager who over a month later still have not replied to several of my emails. They take your hard earned money then don't want to deal with you. So disappointing

Excellent sometimes and poor service sometimes. Purchased a Brand new c-class from them recently and have purchased a pre owned glc a few years back. Was excellent both times.Great cars but not really good with warranty repairs though. That team doesn't handle it well. When I bought my certified pre owned glc which was still under the original warranty, they were about to charge me for labour cause I took in the car because there was some noise. I told them "it's a 1 year old car and under warranty" then they didn't charge me
