Just been into Merchant Sylvia Park. Spent 10 minutes searching and trying on shoes while the two assistants chatted with each other.(I was the only customer in the shop) I am elderly and cleary needed advice. Found two pairs I liked .. sat there a while waiting... still no approach so put down my shoes and shopped somewhere else. Lift your game ladies or an empty shop will become more common. Such a shame as the shoes were lovely!

I went in just for a look and walked out with two pairs of shoes! I have wide feet and am always looking for a nice pair of sneakers or supportive shoes. I think I had a chat with Orchide who has a similar issue and said that the Deuce range is really good. Everyone was really nice and not too pushy in there which was a nice refresher and I was debating between the two pairs which usually in other stores they would force me to buy both! 10/10. Def coming back in once I save up some more

Had 100% attentive help the entire shop for my wife and I to both get new shoes for Easter. They're definitely pricey BUT good quality and service along with care tips. Looks like I'll come back for more another day ;)

Normally I hate buying shoes as I've got fat chode feet but I rocked in to Merchant with my eye on a pair of boots I'd seen online. I was served by a lovely lady named Mackenzie who nailed my size, was quick, polite and helpful. Nice one, Mackenzie. The boots were a little expensive but comfortable and I'm sure they'll last. Now with shoes out of the way, I just need to sort out the rest of my life.

Bought a pair of shoes for work and the sole started separating in first 2 weeks. Went back to exchange and they were going to send them away, leaving me one option of buying a new pair for work while I waited. Instead I took them to Mr Minit and paid to get fixed. Will never shop at Merchant again. Poor service all around.

Had a great experience here buying a new pair of shoes. The staff there are lovely and welcoming. I also noticed that they were patient with customers even if they are quite busy, which is great. Merchant's shoes are on the pricey side but definitely worth considering during discount periods.

Went to get shoes, You would expect that a shoe store would stock adequate sizing. Went through 8 pairs to find a size 13 and not one pair... Quite slack for a shoe store especially of the likes of Overland...
