I bought my first glasses from Michael Holmes in 2018 and have just replaced them. Michael Holmes' staff are friendly and thorough and they go to great lengths to make sure my glasses fit correctly and comfortably. Their selection of frames is fabulous and the staff provided welcome help in the choice of frames that suit my face. I now have a pair of delicate tortoiseshell Yellows Plus glasses and my classic Oliver Goldsmith sunglasses with new lenses.

Recently visited Michael Holmes Premium Eyewear to take my Class 1 Pilot Medical examination. I was told that I needed glasses to pass because I couldn't see long distance. It was my first time even thinking about getting glasses and personally was very against the idea of specs in the past, but Dr Holmes was kind and professional, explained my questions well and the women who work there did the same; walked me through every kind of frame and brands they had in store (all of which were of high quality). They spent time with me while choosing them, very patient and talkative sales women. I loved the frames they had and it only took around 15 minutes for me to choose two that I loved. I purchased two glasses and am very happy with them because I received great customer service. Worth the price, because the frames are of great quality and so comfortable. Totally worth it. Recommend to anyone purchasing glasses or wanting a eye check.
