A revolution, a powerful word, but is exactly how I would describe the work Michelle does. I am 51 years old and after 10 years of hip pain and surgeons wanting to operate I am now completely pain free across my whole body. The more deeply I understand the different tissue layers of the body the more sense it makes. Michelle also has a great holistic view on general health as well. For long term injuries, pain and postural issues there is only one answer ! For us long term clients of Posture Fit we often share a smug look - we 'know' . I cannot recommend highly enough.

Year 2020 has given me the opportunity to work on my posture. Michelle Owen’s program has been extraordinary. I began working with her in February and had some personal sessions before continuing training online during lockdown and when I was out of town. I have always exercised and continue to mountain-bike, ski and swim. I’ve noticed that training with Michelle has beneficially changed my body and my enjoyment in all those sports I have some sports injuries which have also massively improved since working with Michelle. It is a serious investment in time and money and in my experience it has been overwhelmingly worth it

Going tosee Michelle for private lessons and group classes has been THE most effective treatment for my pain, immobility and physical dysfunction. I am now in my 50's and stronger and fitter than I have ever been. I see people everywhere moving around, uncomfortable in their pain and restriction and I want to run up and tell them to go to see Michelle. If you are considering surgery please see Michelle first, there may be another (better) way.

For years I excepted that neck pain, headaches and shoulder tension were 'just the way I was' and nothing was going to change, the gym and Pilates didn't help my weak postural system and physio, acupuncture, massage etc gave some relief but only temporarily. I knew my posture wasn't great and the strain of trying to hold what I thought was correct posture just created more tension and pain. I was so sick of it, there had to be a escape from this. Michelle and what she teaches is it! It is not a quick magical cure, there isn't one, but a journey of understanding what correct body position is and working hard and consistently to get it there, strengthen your body whilst maintaining correct posture, not hurting yourself and release tension in your body. Through specific myofascial stretching for my muscle imbalances and Michelle's excellent teaching I have improved my posture, have considerably less neck pain and the shoulder tension - gone, yippee, such a release! Escape is possible, do this for yourself and a pain free strong active body.
