Not a good company at all. Have been waiting for a response from customer service since 22/7 and still nobody has contacted me. If this is an indicator of their company I would not use them at all! I finally received a response from the owner of the company. This is what he/she said "Response from the owner Hello Loise, Midwich NZ is a Trade Only business and does not supply products directly to memebers of the public, thanks If you had taken the time to discuss the matter, you would realize it had nothing to do with Trade. It was the way your company towed my 85 year old mother's car. I have been trying to talk to someone about this and I have been kept waiting since 22/7. As I said before, if you are a reputable company you would take the time and contact me. Not in the way the owner responded to the review!
