Picking up the vehicle was completely unorganised. It took over 2 hours of waiting to be told that I would have to come back 5 hours later as there was no camper ready. Why book at time if it's first in first served? Eventually they upgraded us to another camper. By this time we had lost the morning and half a day of our short holiday. Staff weren't even apologetic! I was so close to binning the whole thing and grabbing the tent instead!

First time in a mobile camper. Highly rated experience. Booked a Deuce Mighty. Ended up with Britz. Easy to drive. Everything we needed on board. Highly recommended.

When we arrived we had to wait almost one hour to have our campervan. The cassette toilet was not empty.The water tank was not full. And we took our first shower the water was not evacuating. The pipe was completely blocked and where we were moving the water was spreading everywhere. We were also didn't understand the road user Fees (look at the exclusion) 1200km100 At least the staff was really nice

Very awesome high top camper hire had everything we needed. Was a 4 berth. We took our 4 month old car seat fit great and our wee dog. Was big enough for 2 adults a dog and baby :)

Distribution Auckland

When we picked up the camper it was dirty and smelly. They offered us another after me refusing that one. The next was a little better but still was not clean. We didn't want to cancel our weekend so took it and I cleaned it. On our holiday we realized the power points didn't work. When we returned the camper the girl said there is an inverter under the seat. We looked at it and it was on. She said oh maybe it doesn't work. I recommend you check the camper over before you leave. They do go round it with you but they don't explain everything.

The check in process was tedious. Waited for over an hour and a half at check in. Rest of the process went fine. Camper van in decent condition and videos helpful
