We were a family of 5 with three adult children. We had a fantastic time traveling through Arthur's pass and returning to Christchurch through Lewis pass. The camper was clean and and easy to drive. The pick up and handover was extremely detailed and friendly.

Horrible experience. No support. No experience. Never again - would never hire a camper van again with Highway. I cannot even login to my account anymore - seems to be blocked by Mighway - unbelievable. We hired a camper van in Tauranga called "An awesome Motorhome". Camper Van was very dirty, we had cockroaches, bugs and more in it. Paied more than 3.500 Dollar for that trip and had to cancel it after three days. Neither the owner nor Mighway are feeling responsible for this mess. No support on side of Mighway. This is FRAUD in our eyes. Be careful considering MIGHWAY your next camper partner. Just an agency without unprofessional behavior. Received two emails from "RENEE RENATA" which describe an internal complaint handling that doesn't exist in our eyes. We found this service easy to use and a great way to connect with camper owners. Our experience with the camper was straight forward with no issues. It was a great way to see the East Cape of New Zealand.
Luxury and confidence is what comes to mind when I think about my experience hiring the vehicle. The confidence that there will be no issues driving over the weekend. Luxury is how I felt camping in the rooftop tent and living in the van while away. Definitely a 5 star rating.
Great way to hire a campervan directly from the owner. Mighway was responsive and helpful. Felt reassured with the insurance package they provided. Would definitely use again.

The campervan "Lost'" had all the comforts of home, a hot shower and toilet, fridge with freezer compartment and Trevor had included all the basic groceries, fly spray, insect repellent, laundry detergent, umbrella, extra duvets to ensure a comfortable stay. "Lost" was easy to drive having an automatic gearbox and power steering. It included an awning for shade, a 3 burner gas cooker and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I would like to hire "Lost" again next year.
Professional and easy to use.... The Rambling Rose that we used is as comfortable as they come...Will hire it again come August.
