I’ve been using Milk Books for a few years now, producing the wedding photo books for my clients. I received a couple copies I printed for myself today and I was just really taken by the incredible overall quality and detail of the photo prints. I spent a couple hours scrutinizing the detail and colors of the images of each photo page to page completely overwhelmed by the finite detail in each image. I shoot with high-quality cameras and lenses and the prints in the books are by far so breathtaking! Yes, the books are expensive, but I keep returning to utilize your book services because of the amazing quality delivered to me time after time. Every time I deliver a book to my clients I am filled with such incredible pride. I know I’m turning over to each of them my personal work which is represented by such a high quality finished product that represents my small business brand. It’s so easy to get lost in a day shooting, weeks and sometimes months editing and putting together a book, but the reward is opening one of these books and turning each page being completely stunned! I REALLY want to love Milk Books; they look incredible and are beautifully put together, but I find their website SO frustrating to use. Specifically, when putting together your photo book, adjusting layouts on pages - it never does what I want it to do! So I end up giving up and never continuing with my project and in turn, buying. It's incredibly frustrating as I really want to finish my project, but they are incredibly expensive also, so am not going to buy something I'm not happy with.
Awesome quality, and great service. My only gripe is the way they price the books, basically they are always doing promotions that bring the prices down from 30-50%, but the post discount price is the fair value price... I do feel sorry for the poor people that 'accidentally' pay full price. Unless your book order is urgent, wait till they run a promotion... You won't wait long!
