I paid a premium price for what I thought might be a premium and relaxing service but it was nowhere near this. The relaxation factor was zero. The place was quite untidy. There were 4 clients crammed into the same time slot with only 2 women working there. Someone came up to me and barely said hello. She filed my nails at a hundred miles an hour trying to get through it as fast as possible. I thought she was going to shave my nails off she was so vigorous. Then she rushed off to start a pedicure without saying a word. I then waited for quite a while before the 2nd woman came and painted my nails at lightening speed she was in such a rush. She barely managed a hello.Then she left without saying a word and rushed to the next client. The 1st woman eventually returned, put a wet towel over my hands and massaged my hands for about 30s and then asked me to hand over 60 for what was essentially a very rushed 15min 'shape and paint'. I was looking forward to a relaxing experience after a hectic few weeks. This was far from that and I left feeling overcharged and deeply disappointed.

used to be a really great salon, however my past couple of visits have just been absolutely terrible. Super super rushed, terrible paint job and running late as well. Really disappointing :( 75 down the drain
Have been coming to these great women for years, they are truely lovely and provide super experience, personal service, skilful , experienced and charming ! :) ... and can absolutely recommend their silk nails as they are so natural looking! Much preferred to acrylic for me. , Thanks ! Margy
I have never seen a more pricey place to get a pedicure. For a all round pedicure they charge 75 which you normally get the same as in NZ for 30-40 at other places.They cut your nails then you put your foot in the spa to only find you get hit with a price list. I ended up paying 20 for a job that took them less then 5 minutes. Go ahead if your happy to spend closet 80 for a pedicure
I walked into Miss Maisy late on Saturday and they were really accomodating even though I hadn't booked. I loved the calm atmosphere, and the staff are who lovely and funny. They did my nails so meticulously. First time here, but I'm definitely coming back!
They took so much cuticle off my finger nails that my fingers were raw and got infected! This was even made worse by the fact I was on holiday in America at the time. They then offered me a pedicure as compensation...no way would I ever trust this place again. To sum it up, I paid nearly 200 to be butchered, had to see a doctor overseas, and was offered to be butchered again to compensate for it all..priceless

Omg! The best mani-pedi i’ve ever been! Never find this such knowledgable and passionate about nails in auckland! Daisy very lovely and customized my color to get what i want! Def will coming back!
