Great location. Store is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. They're always willing to assist if you're unsure of where stock is, or if you need any advice. Good to see kiwi made products are available too. The German made gardening tools are fabulous.

Very angry. Never buy again！！I bought a makita chain saw360. 7 days ago. It's not working. I ask for swap a new one. They said no and need to check it for up to 45 days. They said they don't know how long take. I put on YouTube. Very angry.
Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, I felt like a deer in headlights untill I was approached, so glad the team are friendly. Found what I needed at a better price then I thought

The cafe inside Mitre 10 does the best French Bread. A must try!
Central location on Lincoln Road. But few sets of traffic lights will take sometime to get through during peak hours or on weekends. Been there 3 times in recent weeks. Inconsistent customer services, really depends on who you speak to. Plenty staff standing around talking but no greeting or offering for help to customers(to me anyway). This includes the tall gentleman wearing glasses who appears to be a senior staff, someone who thinks he is very important. Maybe this explains the inconsistent service levels I recieved during recent visits. On one of my other visits, they'd had skeleton staff on board. But if they advertise opening 7am to 7pm then it's normal for customers to expect questions to be answered by staff specialised in any given area. Rather than being told by the friendly but apologetic Customer service desk staff that the person won't be in till 10am. I have also recently shopped at other Mitre 10 stores Whangapoara, Glenfield, Westgate, and Oteha Valley. Have to say comparatively that Henderson ranks last for me for their service. Perhaps this could also be the reason why they are the only store has stocks of what I wanted available.
Love this store. It's so big it almost always have what I want
As usual, a good range of merchandise at what I guess, are fair prices.
