Amazeballs, had what we wanted as per website. No muck arounds here. In and out . . Although if your not paying attention to the signs u would think the customer service line was the line for counters ....guess that's why we read stuff first before joing the first line u see

Awesome and friendly service. Robin at the power garden tool section was great. My initial phone call to the store was answered very quickly so good first impression. Ample car parking spaces. Was my first visit to this store as they have in stock what I was after. You can see the store from the Main road but took few turns to get into the car park. Would recommend a visit regardless. Very friendly staff and service. Love it.
No one asked me if I needed help. Overheard someone asking for help and the staff were not that engaging. Took my money to Bunnings and got better service and a better deal. UPDATE: Went back today for some door handles. I was really polite. Asked if he knew if they had any more of a particular door handle. He didn't say anything. Just took the handle. Walked away. Looked it up. Turned to me and said it's the last one. Then walked away. Not only did he not ask if there is anything else I can help you with. I had 2 in my hand. So how could it be the last one. Have reduced the original rating by 1
Don't ever get these clowns to hold onto your purchases or they will sell it. Payed 6000 for a gazebo and wanted to pick it up at a later date but they thought it was a good idea to sell it. Promised me it would be safe but it was my mistake believing a bunch of idiots in the first place.
Lovely garden centre with good prices in avocado trees. Children's playground safe and nice and handy for cafe. Cafe staff very friendly and coffee delicious.
