I wonder if they monitor their employees. Might be normal for New Zealand, but in the USA, the way their employees interact with customers is totally unacceptable, yesterday was the last drop. We might be employees of other companies and not the owner and call because we have to stay late, but trust me if I had my own business, shop, or any other security concern that would involve the need of such service I would never ever connect to them. To whomever owns this business, please monitor your employees first and as if you are at it do a psychological evaluation before you hire them! (re-posted)

They had no idea what to do were unhelpful and mucked me around would recommend going elsewhere for this service
This is by far the worst company I have dealt with. My alarm has been activated three times (that I know of) and all three times I was not notified. I called this morning and had some rude employee by the name of Adam put the phone down on me. He was sarcastic and a real phone warrior. Well done Adam, you must feel like a real man!!! If you guys are so short staffed like Adam rudely informed me. Then hire more people and stop making your problems, paying clients problems.
Great service, friendly staff always willing to help and seem very vigilant!
Would give it 5 stars if I could.
Total failure. They put there number and it doesn't work.
