Every human operates on a series of presumptions, rules and shortcuts developed through childhood and adolescence. While our rational brains kick in around 25, it rarely seeks to override the operating system until an unsolvable problem arises. The process of rooting out the wiring that no longer serves us can be tricky, difficult and depending on how long we deny the problem, physically painful. We develop practical tools to make the process of discovery and realignment a bit easier. While we use a range of tools, our primary focus is to increase self-awareness through understanding our mental wiring, what we call holistic personality.
