Stellar in-store personal service - very friendly and knowledgeable. Been a regular customer here for riding apparel, intercoms, cleaning products, etc. The guys here would help you get the best product that suits your fit, needs, etc. without pressuring you to buy stuff. There was an instance where I bought a pair of winter gloves (could only try the right hand in-store) only to realise the other hand was the next size down slightly more than a month later when I swapped back to my summer gloves. I explained the situation to the shop and they were very understanding and really strove to come up with a mutual resolution. Great example of A personal customer service.
