Very nice pool . Spacious area for kids including water slide Good size pool for adults. Caffe also available for you to enjoy a cup of coffee or a snack You can book lanes as well on hourly basis. We booked two lanes for around 80 to 90 . Good supportive staff

Great pool, assorted hot pool (including adults), slide, wave machine and current loop. Our 3 kids from 6 to 10 have enjoyed going 2 days in a row. I recommend for families. An included shop serves good food and drinks to keep hungry tummies full.

I found the area to be smaller than I expected and crowded. I had little faith in the lifeguards to ensure overall safety and would only recommend the toddler pool for 5 and under. I watched children consistently jump into the 1m wide and 0.9m deep current flow area. Large kids nearly jumped onto other children while other children persisted to travel against the flow risking getting hit while packs of kids chased each other through the current pool. To be honest we tried this pool as it's is rated in Auckland top ten. I would not go back. There just isn't high enough standards or compliance at any level from the staff.

Great clean facilities, massive pool, wave pool, sauna and hot spa. They also have a little canteen with food and drinks. Best to research best times as can be very busy with the wave pool and school holidays etc. Only 4 stars as was very crowded when I went.

Nice wave pool. Great for sea survival training

Too busy and crowded. The pool is actually smaller than you may expect. Being absolutely rammed with kids you can expect to be swimming in filth. The smaller kids pool water appears not clear. More expensive than other pools. Family changing rooms have queues. It is a nice facility, but the owners obviously place profit over customer experience. Too busy. Quite disgusting. Avoid.

Always reasonably quiet, even mid summer holiday. Pools offers lots of variety; lane pool, waves, warm toddler pool, 2x spa pool, fast river, hydroxide, sauna. Lovely temperatures. Just showers facilities are too old.

Friendly staff, but not high enough overall hygiene or best practice standards. For example, no enforcement of toddlers and babies being required to wear swim diapers, people wearing obvious street clothes in the pools, 3 guys who were together who were all wearing obvious cotton underwear (one even had the Bonds branded elastic) instead of swim wear. A number of small children playing and presumably peeing in the lap pool in the water walking lane. Another guy was even taking photos in the pool using his phone. Why? Very creepy. Westwave is much sharper about things like this.
