So much to do here. I particularly love the outdoor play options. A fantastic space for little bikes and scooters. I've learned so many valuable skills at Mt Albert Playcentre and the support of the other parents has been invaluable. An amazing way to be involved in these precious early years.

What a lovely and NZ unique place for the little ones! My boy is 9 month old. He loves here so much and has a lot of fun together with other children. He likes copying bigger kids playing and enjoys different adventures every time. I believe he likes sand and water very much. I really like here too because parents share ideas with each other, help looking after each other's kids. Friendly, caring and sharing. What a team! Thank you for all of the organizers' hard working... Feel blessed...
Mt Albert Playcentre was quite simply the best early education for my child. A child based environment with free play at it's core, supported by excellent parent education. Lovely and welcoming people. Te Reo spoken on session. Luscious grounds with great equipment and lots of space to play. Can't recommend highly enough!
We attend Mt Albert Playcentre with both my girls who have developed great independence, communication and many other invaluable skills here. From our very first visits, we were welcomed by such an inclusive, kind and thoughtful bunch of families. The grounds and environment offer an array of opportunities for learning through play (sandpit, playground, bike path, mud kitchen,carpentry, dress ups, science, great library, etc).
Our family support is in wellington-Mount Albert Playcentre became the community network we were looking to find! We live in an apartment and the grounds provided a wild wonderful tree-full garden for our kids to spend their pre school years exploring! We maintain a strong connection with the centre which has been instrumental to our sense of belonging in Auckland! I am passionate about the opportunities for growing and learning alongside your children that Playcentre offers parents- its a huge commitment and its worth every bit!
I could not recommend this place more highly. An awesome option for early childhood education. Tamariki learn from each other through their play, they have their caregiver dedicated to playing for a whole session and best of all you get the input of other incredible Mums and Dads sharing their strengths and joining in on the fun too! Education is strong for the whole whānau- learning and sharing together. My three boys have loved the freedom of the huge space Mt Albert Playcentre has to offer. Favourite activities have been zooming on cars and scooters, climbing trees, treasure hunting in the sandpit, messy play with natural resources, painting, collage and singing waiata. Such a beautiful way to spend treasured time with your children - these early years are so short lived! ️
Great space, lovely people, amazing child education facility, and for me a home from home!
