Just discovered Blitz when looking for a place to buy cigars. Love this store and it's kinda dark, underground vibe. Staff really friendly and helpful. Talk of a lounge room upstairs to unwind, hope it happens, hope to see you there. Carolyn

The female worker who works there is so unprofessional, probably the worst customer service i have ever experienced, i saw her verbally abusing another customer in front of other people. so unprofessional. The other workers who assume are only males are so chill and can actually vibe with and way more helpful.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the Female staff member. Sold me a faulty product and tried to return it within the hour of buying it and she refused it. I advised her to check the product, which she did and even she couldn’t make it work. She still refused to offer me a replacement or refund obviously she was unaware of Consumer rights over a product. She then called me a “b@ch” and argued with me in front of multiple customers, finally the other male worker gave me a replacement (which by law I’m entitled too) but only after at least 15 minutes of her verbally abusing me. Disgusting behaviour and definitely gives the store a bad look.

Had a terrible experience yesterday when i witnessed a female staff member argue with a customer for over 15 minutes. I was waiting to be served and was ignored well it was going on. Will not be supporting this company well shes employed there.
