Great place for the kids, Great coffee, Don't bother with the claw machines, they wouldn't pick up a feather let alone a stuffed toy, don't like it when the kids get ripped off, Could have been 5 stars if it wasn't for this extra money grab.
On a warm day , the place was so hot and it was hard to breath . The area was so small and photos are so much bigger than reality. It was clean , food was not bad but coffee was bad. Not easy to sit and have coffee and watch your baby. Very small area for sitting and upstairs was hot hot hot.
Clean and tidy playground. Neat place for the kids to play and even the parents looked like they were enjoying themselves.Toilets clean. Food not so great. Tasteless cheese toastie unfortunately. Took ages for coffee which was lukewarm. Shame really but feedback is good for the establishment to improve.

we booked and paid 6 weeks in advance to have my sons 4th birthday party here, only to find out 1 hour before the party that they had given someone else our booking.... as you can imagine this was a very stressful morning. they ended up putting us up stairs on the balcony, where the tables were to small. no cake stand, we had to use a bottom of a box. being young kids seeing the playground they didn't want to eat. we had to keep going down stairs to fill up a small water jug. and we didn't get the theme we paid for. we got 1 sorry about this and that was it. wouldnt recommend havibg a birthday party here
We had a wonderful experience, this is a very toddler friendly place with lots of seperate areas for toddlers to play so they don’t get squished by the older kids, even another play area up stairs while mums sit and have coffee. I look forward to bringing my baby here once he is bigger. Our 5 and 8 year old had a blast, this place was clean and tidy and had a lot of different things to offer. No doubt we will be back.
Awesome experience for my children, and grandson.. They all had fun was nice and clean staff are so lovely..
