Daniel and Michael were very friendly. The repair came out better than I thought. Olivia was also quick to respond and made me feel like a valued customer. After dealing with another watch repair company, I would rather pay more to get the best repair. Will definitely be using Nairns in future.

I sent my watch from Wellington to be repaired. It was still under warranty and took a while to get parts sourced from Switzerland. The job did take a little bit longer due to lock down as well, however, the watch has come back looking great and working better than ever. I was happy with the communication and keeping me updated as well as the courier service that was speedy both ways. All round good service and happy with the workmanship.
