Awesome service from these guys today - 5/5 - Great on the phone, fair price for the vehicle, paid what they quoted on the phone, communication was awesome (there was a 15 minute delay with the truck arriving and their office called to update us!), very friendly and polite when they arrived. My Pajero seized it's crank. I rang NCR and they answered their phone. I'd rung two companies before and no one answered. They asked questions about the Pajero, gave me an estimate on what it would be worth and then followed that up with an email. No other company did that. On the day they told me what it was worth over the phone, we agreed on a price and they transferred the money into my account within half an hour, on a Saturday. Very professional team of people.
