My partner choose a original setting engagement ring from Naveya and Sloane and from beginning to end expressed how amazing Courtney's customer service was. They choose the diamond and arranged this all over email. After the proposal we then got to go to Naveya and Sloane HQ to choose the setting and design, it was such a special experience and we were treated like royalty. The craftsmanship, service and beautiful packaging is second to none. I would recommend NS to anyone but especially to a bride or groom to be that wants a stress free simple experience. Thank you Courtney and the wider NS team you exceeded our expectations x
