Communication for online sales is poor. I had an issue with my order and it took a long time to sort out with lots of emails and messages on my part. Got there in the end though, thanks for sorting it out. However I won't be purchasing from here again
Awesome people and service. I can not complain. Looking for a product in my own home town and no one had it and NetPharmacy supplied it and at a reasonable price. Couldn't be happier

Terrible service from Zoe & hideously overpriced Re: owner's reply - I'm not sure why you would claim I was trying to get medication without prescription as the video would show me handing over the paper work? Interesting to note: no apology whatsoever, treating a customer like a criminal and the sarcastic tone. There was no one else in the store and I tried to clarify a mistake in the prescription. I'm assuming your video has no audio and you mustn't have heard what Zoe said to me including telling me to "look it up" when I asked for the fax number while on the phone to my doctor to try to get them to send the correct prescription.
Online order, pharmacy did not include all the items i bought and still charged me the full amount. Wont be using this business again.
Fantastic online service. The pharmacist queried my order and suggested a more appropriate alternative which was actually cheaper. Very quick, informative and friendly responses.
