The thought of purchasing an engagement ring was the single scariest aspect of proposing to my now fiance. I wanted it to be perfect, but I needed expert guidance and I didn't want to get ripped off. Fortunately, my future mother in law has been going to Neville for years (swears by his work) and she told me it was definitely where I needed to start. So I gave them a call and he was able to see me the same day. He told me everything I need to know about diamonds and laid out all my different options. After the meeting we communicated by email as he made drawings and changes to the ring. He was prompt with all his replies and got the ring finished in a very timely fashion. When I went to pick up the ring I was nervous as I just didn't know what to expect. But when he showed me the ring for the first time I knew straight away I had made a great decision. It was absolutely perfect and my fiance (and everyone else) is still blown away with how beautiful the ring is. Also, based on the appraisal given to me by my ring insurer, he gave not only tremendous service and quality, but unbelievable value for the money. I never write reviews in general, and certainly not ones this thorough. But I sincerely appreciate the work Neville did and I hope anyone looking for an engagement ring will seriously consider giving Neville a try. Thanks again! Chris and Briar

I needed a stone replaced in my ring so popped in and saw Neville and team. Was quoted and accepted the price which included a polish of a bracelet and another ring. When I called to collect was advised price was cheaper than quote as work required didnt take as long. Rare to find that kind of honesty these days and the reason I would recommend to all. Customer service also excellent!

For many years I wanted to have a couple of rings remodelled, someone I know recommended Neville Jordan Jewellers. Eventually I made an appointment with Neville to discuss what I wanted and what he thought could be achieved, he promptly provided a quote which I excepted. The phone call came and Jan said my ring was ready, I was a little apprehensive hoping it all had gone according to plan. I arrived to pickup my ring, I mentioned to Neville feeling a little nervous he replied there’s no need to be - he was so right! I was totally blown away my ring was absolutely perfect, Neville totally exceeded my expectations and created such a unique and stunning piece - thank you so much your workmanship is exceptional. I’m so pleased I will be back to have another piece created, you both made this experience simple and enjoyable. Thank you Neville you are a true craftsman!
