Absolutely Amazing! Husband treated me to a Grab one voucher and the facial was the best I've had in a long while! My skin felt so very soft and rejuvenated... I will certainly back as I've booked in for another treatment next week!

Amazing experience in New Skin, nice products, nice girls!
Just had the 60min facial an it was beautiful. The massage was so relaxing as well as the facial. The lady was very polite. Did not want to leave. Feel so refreshed an skin is soft as it can be. Highly recommend New Skin. I travelled from Botany so well worth the trip out to Albany..Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.
Wanted to get a nice pedicure and manicure for Xmas and not even 48 hours after 2 nails were chipped and one lifting up. 3 days later 5 nails all peeled up and chipped. All I did was wrap Christmas presents, baking and dishes. All of which I have done with other gel polish. This is all on my less dominant hand too so very odd. Would not go back again or recommend for a manicure. Pedicure is fine but a bit concerned how it is on the person back basically crouching on ground like that.
Got a 60 minute facial for 2 off grab one and we are definitely going back. Was so relaxing and the girls there are lovely. Lots of little details that made the experience amazing. Really disappointing! Not only was my first appointment not written down, I then couldn't book until the new year. I Got mink set of eyelashes, appointment started 20 mins late, eyelashes were not individuals but instead in 3's. I had a big gap and half had fallen out by day 2. Eyelashes are very sore and scratchy, wish I had never gotten them. Absolutely terrible!
Save your money. Lashes start faling out the same day! They don't look good and are so sore! Would not recommend them at all.
seriously worst experience ever! I've had an eyelash extension and it was not full set at all. I could count the extension lashes. It's gone in 3days. . . omg I also work in beauty industry and it is shame. If therapist not ready to go to client, manager or trainer must training junior therapist before go to client. I saw few lash extension complain reviews, if you concern your business you have to make it right.
